How can you become involved in the Friendship Foundation?

We are always looking for new volunteers, and there are many ways in which you can participate. You can participate in the Friendship Family Program, the International Friend Program, and the Conversation Friend Program. You can volunteer to serve on the FFIS Steering Committee. You can also volunteer to help out with FFIS events and activities like the Welcome Picnic, Asian Celebration, or Share Thanksgiving, just to name a few! Or, you can simply make a cash donation to the Friendship Foundation, which is a non-profit organization supported solely by donations from the community. Donations, payble to FFIS, can be sent to: International Affairs, 330 Oregon Hall, 5209 University of Oregon, Eugene, OR 97403.
We invite you to get involved with our international students and scholars at the University of Oregon! Fill out and submit an online application today! Please fill it out as completely as possible.
If you are having difficulty submitting the application on-line, please print it out and mail it to the address at the bottom of the application. You will be asked to attend an FFIS Orientation before you participate, and you will always be contacted before any students are assigned to you.
